Konstantinos Chardavellas studied Nutrition and Dietetics at the Royal College of London and completed his first master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Liverpool. He is a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and, alongside his second master’s degree, researches the interactions between nutrition and genes in relation to breast cancer risk.
In London, he gained experience in pregnancy-related nutrition at Northwick Park Hospital and specialized in managing gestational diabetes and safe weight monitoring during pregnancy. He also guided women who wished to safely and effectively return to their pre-pregnancy weight shortly after childbirth. At Saint Thomas Hospital, he focused more intensively on medical and clinical dietetics.
Since 2019, he has been a member of our medical team.
